Share Certificate Issuance

Share certificates are no longer valid, as they have been converted into book-entry shares. However, shareholders may request an updated statement of their shareholdings at any Itaú-Unibanco branch of their choice.

If the position cannot be located, the shareholder may request a shareholding search based on the certificate presented, submitting a copy of their identification documents (CPF, photo ID, and proof of address). Upon completion of the search, Banco Itaú Unibanco S.A. will provide the updated shareholding statement.
